2024 – Present- Own design end to end for a B2B SaaS platform with data-rich workflows used by 4 user types, each with different permissions and reporting needs.
- Turn complex datasets and AI predictions into visualizations and workflows users can act on. The platform is now deployed across 41 hospitals in the US, UK, and Australia.
- Design complete product states, not just the happy path: after finding that 1 in 5 users read an empty result as a system error, redesigned how the product communicates “nothing found.”
- Use AI tools daily for research synthesis and rapid prototyping, and verify their output before it reaches users.
UX Designer II
2023 – 2024- Built and maintain the Figma design system: one component library with documented patterns across two platforms.
- Led discovery interviews and usability testing that took task pass rates from 78% to 100% with zero use errors.
- Partnered with Product, Engineering, and Data from prototype to shipped feature to post-launch iteration.
Human Factors Engineer
2021 – 2023- Built the research practice from scratch across 50+ users, covering discovery interviews, field research, and usability testing.
- Ran a 46-participant study whose qualitative and quantitative findings set the product roadmap.
